Fall Out Boy, la banda de Rock Alternativo de Chicago (Illinois), nos presenta el videoclip de su tema "Beat It", una versión realizada con la versión con la ayuda del cantante, compositor y guitarrista americano, John Mayer; del famosísimo y exitoso single de 1983 de Michael Jackson perteneciente al disco "Thriller".

Recientemente, el videoclip de "Beat It" estuvo nominada a "Mejor Video de Rock" en los MTV VMA's 2008, lamentablemente quien finalmente se llevó el premio fue Linkin Park con su tema "Shadow of the day".

[Video] Fall Out Boy - Thanks for the Memories (Thks fr th Mmrs)

"Thks fr th Mmrs" (pronunciado 'thanks for the memories') es el tercer single del 2007 de la banda Fall Out Boy de Chicago y cuyo tema se incluye en su lanzamiento del 2007, Infinity on High. La canción, de acuerdo al bajista Pete Wentz en una entrevista con Kerrang!, se refiere a la relación romántica en la cual los sentimientos iniciales se han disipado, pero ambos amantes siguen "durmiendo con el otro" para apaciguar sus deseos físicos y mentales. El título, "Thnks fr th Mmrs" es el texto 'thanks for the memories' (en español, 'gracias por las memorias') con sus vocales eliminadas, como sería escrito en una mensaje de texto. Otra razón para la falta de vocales es un asentimiento en broma ante el pedido de la discográfica de Fall Out Boy que pidió que acortaran su frecuentes títulos que son largos y verbosos. En la canción figura Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds en la mandolina y The Movement Orchestra Strings. La canción fue usada como tema musical de un episodio de "Best Week Ever" en VH1. El coro de la canción contiene la línea "He tastes like you, but sweeter" (en español, 'Él sabe como tú, pero más dulce'), una línea de la película Closer.

"Thnks fr th Mmrs" también fue incluida en el episodio "Blink" de Doctor Who Confidential en un clip showing que mostraba escenas de series desde el 1963 hasta 2007. .-Fuente

Fall Out Boy, la banda de música pop punk y alternativo, de los suburbios de Chicago, Illinois nos presenta su tema "This aint a scene, it's an arms race", primer single del álbum Infinity on High. Fue pasada por primera vez el 16 de Noviembre del 2006 en Indianapolis en la radio 93.1, y filtrada en Internet tiempo despues. Fue interpretada oficialmente el 21 de Noviembre en los American Music Awards. La canción tiene un sonido disco/rock con un estribillo estilo pop-punk .

El titulo oficial para la canción omite la palabra "goddamn" que está entre "an" y "Arms Race" durante la canción. Debido al hecho "god" es normalmente censurada en la versiones de las radios, dejando "This Ain't a Scene, It's a (silencio) damn Arms Race".

El single fue lanzado como CD single y también 7" blue vinilo and 7" purple vinilo. Hay un remix oficial con la participacion del productor y rapero estadounidense Kanye West. .-Fuente
